Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. We're excited to share that we've installed a new smoke and noise alarm for our lovely guest's safety and comfort. Rest assured, it's not a listening device, so your privacy is fully protected.
No shoes in the house. Please be respectful of the loud noises. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Pet fee is $50 per pet, for the whole stay. Thank you!

Fantastic Reunion Vacation House
Four friends and I rented the house for a college reunion weekend. It was close to Brown’s campus, and was located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house had everything we needed and was cozy and has great functionality. This is a delightful rental property!

Sorely Disappointed
Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The host did not respond to messages without multiple promptings. He gave us an incorrect access code when we arrived and it took several messages for him to eventually correct it as we waited in the pouring rain. There was no apology. Instead, he suggested we “just leave.” Once inside, it did not match the photos that were posted. It claimed sleeping for 7, but there were only 3 beds. We had to request a rollaway which was delivered 3 hours later. The property was not well maintained with chipped paint and holes in window screens throughout. Very dark interior due to terrible lighting. The neighborhood was not well kept up, and there was nothing to walk to. I do not recommend this property

Comfortable as a home base
The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We could walk to a couple of bakeries, and some good restaurants and shops. It was comfortable as a home base - we did a few day trips - but not one of those houses where you'd want to settle in too much with the family. The kitchen was minimal, for example. It was nice to be in a historical home but some of the interior (bathrooms, for example) was pretty dated. There are two units in the house and we had the upstairs.
