Tämä kauniisti sisustettu 2. kerroksen sviitti sijaitsee Villa Renaissancessa, joka on yksi upeimmista Grace Bayn rannalla sijaitsevista lomakohteista. 6 jalka liukulasiovi ovet erillinen avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö alueella iso parveke. Parvekkeella on pöytä ja tuolit sekä lepotuolit. Nauti ruokailusta ulkona, lue ja rentoudu aurinkotuoleilla tai siemailla lasillista viiniä kuunnellessasi hellävaraisen aallon kierrosta. Se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua.

Hyvin varustetussa gourmet-keittiössä on kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uudet kvartsi-työtasot, joissa on komposiitti graniittinen pesuallas ja mittatilaustyönä valmistetut kaapit. Kaikki on paikallaan, jotta voit valmistaa välipalan tai gourmet-aterian.

On olemassa italialaisia marmorilaattoja kaikkialla, kvartsi-työtasot, Keski-ilmastointi, kattotuuletin, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta, silityslauta ja tallelokero.

Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on ylelliset vuodevaatteet, hänen kaapit ja pimennysverhot sekä näköala uima-altaalle. Atriumiin avautuu ikkuna, josta on näkymä merelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on suuri kylpyamme, erillinen travertiinisuihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, jossa on spa-valikoima.

Suuressa toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Erilliset vuoteet voidaan muuttaa pyynnöstä king-vuoteeksi. On oma kylpyhuone, jossa on travertiini suihku ja turhamaisuus laatikoilla. Tästä huoneesta on myös näköala uima-altaalle, ja siinä on pieni parveke.

Muita mukavuuksia ovat suuri taulutelevisio olohuoneessa, jossa on DVD-soitin ja valikoima DVD-levyjä. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kaapeli-tv. Mukana on matkapuhelin paikallispuheluille. Tarjolla on päivittäinen siivouspalvelu.

Lomakeskuksessa on suuri mosaiikkilaattojen allas, valaistu tenniskenttä, kuntokeskus, paikan päällä oleva kylpylä, lepotuoleja ja -varjoja uima-altaan ympärillä ja rannalla.

Ajomatkan päässä Villa Renaissance on Regent Village ja Salt Mills Plaza. Molemmat tarjoavat erilaisia ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Monet Provon parhaista ravintoloista ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Lyhyt 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lomakeskuksesta on Garceway Gourmet -myymälä, joka tarjoaa suuren valikoiman kohteita, kuten tuoreita leivonnaisia ja valmiita aterioita.

Great Condo, Great Stay
We had an excellent stay with friends here. The unit is newly remodeled and clearly shows improvement over other units in the building. It is bright and light filled and wonderfully equipped. The communication prior to our stay and while there were excellent. We had one minor issue that was quickly fixed once they were notified. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Getaway EVER!!
We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance! The condo itself was spotless and the layout fit our family’s needs perfectly. The condo is perfectly situated on Grace Bay- an insanely short walk, actually to the most gorgeous beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Our family split our time between the beach and the pool. We loved how kid friendly the pool is- and met lots of other great families! The condos are right in the heart of tons of great restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying at Villa Renaissance!

Wonderful Stay
We just got back from 4 nights at Villa Renaissance and cannot say enough good things! The place is immaculate. Although it is listed as a condo it still has many of the amenities of a hotel with daily turndown service, an attendant at the beach to assist you, and a restaurant on site. It is very centrally located so you can walk to many of the restaurants. We rented a car to have the flexibility to explore new places, which we enjoyed. We would absolutely be back!!

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Location
We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it! It was so clean, comfortable, and the best location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Our balcony looked right out on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The beach was never crowded and we had no issue getting beach loungers. Anytime we were at the pool there were only a few people out there, so again, no issues getting a lounger. The beach area at Villa Renaissance was wider than some of the other resort areas we walked by, and also less crowded. VR was a block from a shopping area with some nice restaurants. We rented a car, but could have easily done without one as there were enough restaurants within walking distance. When we come back to Turks & Caicos we will definitely stay at this condo again!!

Amazing stay in Grace Bay
This villa was absolutely perfect for our family. Comes with everything you would need for a beach vacation. 2 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is so great for a family. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds and it's own attached bathroom. The view from the family room/kitchen area is amazing. Food can be expensive in Turks so it was great to load up on some groceries and cook breakfast each morning in the villa. We loved having netflix available to us as we had several family movie nights after going to dinner out. Villa Renaissance is tremendous. The beach area is so beautiful and you never have to worry about finding chairs either at the beach or the pool. We also loved the hot tub and made great use of it. So many great restaurants within short walking distance. We didn't rent a car and didn't feel like we were missing anything. We did one excursion where we saw most of the island but loved Grace Bay the best by far. Our kids insisted on Island scoops every night for ice cream and we also spent one morning walking a puppy from Potcake Place and I highly recommend it. We just loved our trip and this villa so much and are already talking about how soon we can return

Back to Paradise
We just returned from our fourth stay at this property and unit. We absolutely love coming back to this location, which is absolutely paradise. The property is well maintained and the unit is immaculate. It has everything that we could ask for and more. The host is amazing and so responsive. I enjoy hearing her recommendations about things to do and places to eat. The property is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, shops, and a grocery store which makes it very convenient. We have already booked out next two stays at this unit and can't wait to get back to paradise!

Beautifully renovated second floor unit just steps from the beach. Large balcony overlooks beach and smaller balcony overlooks pool and hot tub. Easy walk to many dining options annd grocery store. Extremely friendly staff on premises 24 hours. Very safe. Excellent communication from owner. Will rent again and again. Perfect!

Amazing time in Grace Bay
My family and I had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The condo was perfect! Wonderful location on Grace Bay and within a short walk to some great shops and restaurants (we loved the coffee from Lemon 2 Go and the açaí bowls from Crest & Berry). The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for my family of four. It was perfectly appointed and very clean...exactly as pictured. Beds were extremely comfortable. Fresh towels were brought daily. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a great way to start and end our days. We really enjoyed staying at Villa Renaissance...it was a smaller complex so it never felt busy, the staff were very nice, and we liked the option of the bar/lunch near the pool. We would definitely stay here again...everything about this stay was wonderful!

Grace Bay Gem!
We can’t say enough about our stay at Villa Renaissance! The place was everything we could have asked for and more. There is no better view than the porch! The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location near restaurants and shops is perfect. We visited with our 2 college aged children and really got to relax and spend time together. Unbeatable views of Grace Bay
My family of three, including a teenager, loved this property! The views are even better in person, and the condo itself is in wonderful condition. Everything has been well-maintained and looks just like - or better than - the listing photos. Christine was prompt in responding to my questions, arranged the setup we requested for the second bedroom, and shared some local recommendations in advance of our trip. The onsite team was also fantastic, helpful, and friendly. We loved having access to the beach and the pool, and both were a few quick steps away. The balcony was incredible - a perfect place to take a break from the sun while soaking up those amazing Grace Bay views. The kitchen was well-stocked and you're a quick walk to the grocery store for any provisions you may need. We loved the ease of walking to dinner each night - many good choices nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you, Christine!

Perfection
Everything about our stay was utter perfection! The condo itself is beautifully appointed. Comfortable furnishings and amenities. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication with the property owner was easy. Christine is extremely responsive, helpful, and gracious as well. Beach and pool access couldn’t be closer and chairs are always available. Centrally located among shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. And…this is just a little something that I found to be very helpful…as a mom who cooks for her family, I found the appliances, dishes, and cookware exactly what I needed. This might sound dumb, but I especially loved the little spice rack available that enabled me to make a few dishes for my kids without having to go out and purchase 5-6 bottles of spice just to make some yummy scrabbled eggs every morning. And to be able to have a little cinnamon in my morning coffee…It’s the little things, guys. 😂 I feel so lucky my family and I got to enjoy this place for the week we were there. I hope we have another opportunity to visit again in the future. If you’re on the fence; book this place. It is worth every single penny!

This property is beautiful-location perfect, lovely furnishings, extremely clean, spacious, and the view from the expansive balcony phenomenal!! Great communication with owner prior to arrival & with staff while there. Just my husband & me, nice to have big living space & 21/2 baths! As mentioned in previous reviews, master bedroom tends to be too warm in the night, hoping this can be addressed. Nevertheless, look forward to returning to VR 204!!

We spent a week here with our family of 5 (3 college age kids) and had the most incredible experiences. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious and is in the perfect location to accesss food, shopping and activities. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a nice dinner - to include making a homemade birthday cake! The owner and management team were responsive to requests and took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had what we needed. A rollaway bed was provided for our 3rd teen and was easily set up in the second bedroom - without feeling cramped. Having the 1/2 bath off the living room was a plus when we were all getting ready for dinner. Loved never having to worry about finding room for all of us to sit on the beach or the pool. Having the bar (drinks and light meals) available during the day was a plus in a condo setting (one that we very much enjoyed). Easy to walk to a range of dining options. Highly recommend as the perfect spot to reconnect and relax with family!! Cannot imagine staying anywhere else on Provo - 204 has spoiled us rotten and hope to return again soon.

Truly Wonderful
There may be no better place to stay than this property. It is in a perfect location and the property management is excellent. Christine has created a beautiful home with all the amenities you could desire. We had no issues whatsoever and didn't lack for anything. Therefore, if you are looking to stay at a place with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, all the kitchen utensils, appliances you would need, and any other comforts of home, this is the place. In fact, looking at the other available condos in Villa Rennaisance, we feel this is the best one! Including the chairs on the small poolside balcony which other places lacked. Wonderful place to stay.
