I loved the staff staff at this property! I traveled alone and the property is very convenient. I was walkable to everything and across the street from the beach. The hotel is being renovated so there is noise late night from the clubs across the street and eyesore materials visible. Outside of that I honestly had no complaints. Looking forward to the final production post renovation. I will definitely stay here again

This hotel was under construction so every morning starting at 7am we were awaken by loud construction. Breakfast was not free as advertised, they gave you a $10 voucher to go to your choice of 3 different restaurants. It's more like a hotel rather than a resort in my opinion.

The worst hotel on the island.
The stay was horrible, the only friendly person at the front desk was Kia, they are still building or working on the hotel so every day we woke up to banging and drilling, which went on from 7:30am- 4pm sometimes 5, this is not my first time on the island I have been to Turks 7 times and out of all the hotels that I have stayed at in grace bay this is by far the worst hotel on the island. So please don’t believe half of these reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, Which is in the heart of grace bay.

The property was in a great location. The beach was across the street, several eateries were within walking distance. The breakfast accommodations were perfect and an added bonus. The staff were awesome, but Kia was amazing. She helped us with everything we thought we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the location was good as far as lots of coffee shops restaurants near by. But was a bit smelly and noisy on and around the property, the room was good overall, bed was a bit hard, but shower situation was below expectation, the shower head was small and the water flow was too high, not a normal flow, and worse than that was that the water temperature kept switching on it’s own from hot to cold and cold to hot, so that was very annoying. I was only there one night, so maybe if I was there longer those issues could have been solved, but the one night wasn’t that great.

We had made reservations for a 5 night stay at the New Grace Bay Suites check 12th and check out 18th Sept and paid in advance $1485.52. However upon checking in, we were horrified to see the unhygienic and filthy state of the room and the completely deceptive advertising on their website. The rooms have a terrible smell, a sharp chemical odor making it uninhabitable. The sofas were dusty, lizards in the room. The washbasin has no soap - very unhygienic, we were told to use the soap from the shower area. Paint on bathroom near floorboards is peeling and there is mold - a health hazard, tea stains on the table, No glasses for drinking water, There are no phones in the room and the only way to reach reception is through WhatsApp phone call. Dumpster in front. The hotel advertises the beach is less 3 minutes but in reality it is much further. Almost a 15-to-20-minute walk. They advertise free breakfast - again a fraudulent claim since they only give $10 coupons to local restaurants which are inadequate for paying for breakfast. In the lobby, they have posted a sign that if guests give them good reviews, they will provide a free gift - which is how they bribe guests into giving good reviews. After checking in when we saw the dirty room my wife was in tears and we had no option but to seek alternative accommodation at the 11th hour. We have been asking the hotel owner Chris Tassone for a refund but he has refused. Do not stay at this filthy and fraudulent excuse for a hotel.

Unfortunately my door didn't close properly and because I was traveling by myself (a Woman) it was unsafe. The title of the establishment states "SUITES" however I did not have a suite so I felt that was very dishonest.

I like how close the beach was. The taxi service was very good. I wish I knew more dining options that were open as we were there during the off season. Also, the person checking us in could have been more friendly and approachable. Not that she was mean or rude, it just seemed like I was bothering her. The lady checking us out was much nicer.

Everything was amazing the only issues we had was our sink was missing a screw so it moved and didn’t fit fully into the countertop and our towel hanger was very loose and unusable, this is all things we can live with. Our only big issue was on our last night someone checking in was told our room was empty and given new keys to our room and walked in, luckily one of us was there but that made our keys that were given unusable for that night and part of that morning until the office opened. The staff was quick to realize their mistake and was very apologetic.
