Welcome to our beautiful completely renovated Provincetown spacious condo with plenty of room to spread out and relax. As a standalone unit, this is the perfect getaway to explore the immense beauty, fun, and adventure that is Provincetown. We are a 5 minute walk from Commercial Street's Pepe's Wharf Restaurant or the Town Library, right smack in the middle of town.

The first floor maintains a full size kitchen, living room, new queen size pullout couch bed, full bathroom, front porch, patio and a backdoor allowing direct access to an assigned parking space. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is a fully functional equipped with all the amenities of home including a lobster pot and maintains a full size new refrigerator, gas stove and microwave. The living features beautiful hardwood floors, a new leather couch and loveseat, 65" flat screen TV and a private deck. The second floor maintains two beautiful large bedrooms featuring skylights, one new king bed and one new queen bed, hardwood floors, air conditioning and flat screen TV’s. Also on the second floor is a brand new washer/dryer unit for use. This condo is perfectly situated in the center of town and is within minutes to Commercial Street, the Monument & Ferry.

Relax on the front porch or patio for your morning coffee, afternoon snack or a pre-dinner beverage. Our home is centrally located and is a short walk to the many art galleries, specialty shops and restaurants. We are just 5 min walk from Pepe's Wharf and the PTown Library. We are located close to the Far Side deli which offers one of the town’s finest bakeries and deli and next door to ACE hardware and a liquor and convenience store. Parking is located directly behind the condo.

Nice place. Quiet location. Short walk through nice neighborhood to get to Commercial St. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Easily able to find everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a great weekend at this condo! It was spacious for 4 adults and very comfortable. It was extremely clean. Host was easily and quickly reachable with a couple of questions. It was in a good location and walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

The house is perfectly situated a few blocks from Commercial Street and a very short drive to the beaches. The house is roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. My husband and I had a fantastic 5 days staying here.

Ptown Perfect
Our stay in Ptown was perfect. Ethan has a beautiful place that is centrally located about 2 blocks from commercial street. His house was very clean and well maintained. There is a good little breakfast/coffee/deli place around the corner. We will definitely stay there again as this will become an annual trip for us.
