PTOWN WEST END COTTAGE: Charm, privacy, close to everything & affordable.

We're surrounded with uncertainty and we need a break from our new reality. I'm keeping our cottage affordable as possible to those who value Ptown's culture and need a respite from MAGA.

Our stand alone cottage is 300 sq ft, plus a sleeping loft. Two blocks from Commercial Street, The Boatslip and Joe Coffee. Set way back from the road and in a quaint small association, it's perfect for two people. The cottage gives you the relaxing get-away you deserve while being close to everything.

The full kitchen has granite counter tops and full size appliances. The living area has a TV with Internet access, bluetooth music, and a full sleeper sofa. There is a dining area with intimate seating. The loft with skylight is a cozy retreat with a queen-size mattress.

Sit back in our Adirondack chairs in front and drift off looking at the gardens. A patio in back with a small grill abuts conservation land. Either are the perfect setting for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Herring Cove Beach is a two-minute drive away or a 15 minute walk through the side streets of Ptown. The unit also offers two off-street parking spaces. AC for hot days and heat for cool nights.

We've been renting our cottage for over 10 years. Guests love our space because it is reasonably priced while providing you with everything you want for your vacation.
