The property is nothing like the pictures. The couch was so dirty that we decided not to even touch it. The shower drain was clogged with hair and the water couldn't drain. The hair dryer was dead. We had a connecting door to another room which was closed but we couldn't sleep well and had to keep an eye open for our safety. The complimentary breakfast was just cheap coffee, a waffle maker and old cereals. We had a reservation for 6 nights but we checked out after the first night.

Horrendous nightmarish situation where the only things that worked wete the shower, sinks and television. 2/4 lamps werent functional, phone didnt work and had the wrong room number on it, holes in drywall, filthy with literally at least a month of dust and grime built up. Its a shame they let anyone pay for this

Everything in the room was broken. Needs severe upgrades. You can tell none of the money made from booking rooms go back into the property. From paint to furniture broken and taped up with duct tape including the fridge that had a shelf made of tape and wood underneath it to try to keep it level but anytime you put anything in it the fridge just fell forward.

Bed sheets kept coming off of the bed which was a bit unsettling, lots of stains on the couch so we avoided that. Complimentary breakfast is literally just old cereal and a waffle machine. The front desk people were lovely, no complaints there - more so just disappointed in the company.

Breakfast was a joke.floors were so filthy. Looked like a drug flop house. No washcloths. Pool had tall weeds growing in the cracks all around it so it probably hasn't been functional for ages. The walls in the room were crumbling. The fridge was humming so loudly we had to unplug it for the night.the outside lights were flashing constantly, i kept thinking cop cars were out there.

I went to check in. The room was grimy. The walls were very dirty, the curtains were very dirty. I wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel or anything but it was really gross and i knew I wouldnt feel comfortable staying there. This was a 1 star motel.

Shack motel! Bring Lysol wipes!
This is probably the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We travel across the country from west to East coast and all in between, and I’ve never seen dirtier walls. My garage walls are cleaner! There were cob webs above the bed and in the entry way. The shower curtain was supposed to be white, but it was brown (especially on the bottom). The carpet was so filthy that it was black several feet into the room. The beds were thin spring mattresses that sunk in the middle. The blankets and towels were thin. When we came back to the room at night, it smelled like a dirty dog. The tv was outdated. The person above me woke up at 4:00am all three days and we heard everything so clearly. It sounded like someone was stomping on the floors. I could hear their toilet flush, because the toilets are so loud. The pool is out of order and the landscaping is mostly dead. Breakfast was 3 dry cereal choices, slices of bread, or waffles. It was convenient to the BYU campus, but it needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel has been run down quite a bit. It looks like the owners aren’t investing back into the hotel to keep it looking nice. It’s not to ada friendly. I’m in a wheelchair and there is a step to get into have their small breakfast.

I know not to expect a lot out of a 2 star hotel. But I can’t believe how dirty my room was. Someone sanded the walls and left all the dust on the edges of the carpet. There was drywall mud splattered on the curtains and door. My bed was away from the wall and there was exposed wires. The bedside table was dusty The bed was good.
