Rude and Incompetent Management

There was an issue with our room and management was very rude and did nothing to try to resolve it. In addition to that, they issued keys to our room to another guest on accident. The other guest opened the room door and came in while my mother was sleeping. Hotel management didn't address this, they just deactivated our keys and I had to go to the front desk after attempting to unsuccessfully get into our room. They acted like this was no big deal and brushed it off like it was nothing. Management is very rude and I will not be staying here again.
