The elevator barely worked and shakes which was awful. My room key didn’t work every day so it had to be rescanned by the front desk. General cleanliness was good but the details lacked. Hair on the shampoo bottle, bathroom smelled like mold in the morning, lotion bottle was empty, and the chairs in the rooms had a lot of stains on them. I also have multiple charges on my account pending from your hotel totaling double my stay cost. The mattress cover had stains. Probably won’t stay here again due to the elevator and key problems. Front desk people were amazing though.

The only thing that was bad about our stay was, we could hear the water running from upstairs every time they flushed the toilet or took a bath or shower. It was very loud and annoying.
