Great location
Once the staff helped us get a room with a window, the stay was very good. When making the reservation I would request a window. The staff did their best, and that was appreciated.

This hotel is fantastic. Once that section of Puebla completes the fiber optic upgrades, absoluely outstanding. We stay in Puebla often and this will be our place!

Excelente ubicación y condiciones de las instalaciones. Silencioso. Staff amigable y amable en general. Lo malo es que ya no incluyen desayuno como antes, encontramos algo de cabello en el baño y un poco sucio en el suelo cerca de la cama. Lo pésimo fue que la camarista entro sin avisar estando ahi mi esposa y yo vistiendonos saliendo de bañarnos

Customer service is excellent. There’s always someone at the door to greet you. They take your bags up for you, show you how everything works, etc. There’s a beautiful view of La Catedral from the rooftop terrace.

I booked for a 2-night stay. When i got there, they said that they had to fix the a/c in the room the next day around 1:00pm. They offered a room next door with no balcony, smaller room, no tub. But the price would be the same to the room i made reservation for with balcony and tub which was the Junior Suite. I asked if they would be able to lower the price due to the inconvenience and downgraded room but they wouldn’t honor it. So, i checked-out and went to another hotel. It was hard finding another hotel because either fully booked or price was too high. Other than that, the Junior Suite was really nice!
