En la habitación le hace falta cortinas entraba demasiado a luz en la mañana, para un habitación familiar para 5 personas nos dieron únicamente un mini jabón y mono shampu, no había agua para tomar ni cafetera o secadora etc, la relación precio calidad no fue la mejor

Revisar antes de reservar si el hotel incluye todo
Llegué al hotel a las 11 pm y al llegar el encargado nocturno se portó un poco pesado: 1. Me dijo que tuve que haber avisado que iba a llegar tan tarde que mis habitaciones ya las habian rentado, sin embargo normalmente los hoteles son los que mensajean a uno para preguntar una hora aproximada de llegada (en esta app no veo esa opción) y no tenia ningun mensaje de ellos, por tanto uno asume que no hay problema en la hora de llegada, además la app de hoteles.com solicita una tarjeta como garantía, por lo cual si el huésped no se presenta pues se cobra, no tendrian porque rentarla, pero bueno entonces le dije que gracias pero. 2. Me dijo que si traia auto, le dije que si y me dijo que el hotel no incluia estacionamiento (en las especificaciones en la pagina dice que si tienen, por lo que si esta mal lo cambien), que la única solución era dejarlo en la banqueta y que saliera a moverlo a las 7 am para que no me multaran 3. Total que me respetó la reserva pero tuve que pagar estacionamiento y salir a mover el auto a las 7, ademas de que me sermoneó por no llegar temprano y no avisar y 4. No me levanté a las 7 sino a las 6 porque mi habitación estaba frente a las mesas donde se sirve el desayuno y unas personas bajaron a platicar super temprano, en fin se oye todo lo de afuera en la habitacion. Lo del ruido es "normal" pero no asi lo del estacionamiento les pido a hoteles.com que cambien que NO INCLUYE EL ESTACIONAMIENTO Y QUE UNO LO TIENE QUE ESTACIONAR DONDE ENCUENTRE
