Excelente servicio, muy bonito lugar y el chico que nos recibió nos hizo el favor de orientarnos para llegar al hotel en su bicicleta, ya que había un desfile y las calles principales estaban cerradas. Eso le dio un toque plus al lugar.

La habitación muy básica, cama dura, faltan cobijas, no habia papel en los baños, habia mal olor del drenaje en la habitación, la ventana sin cortina y entraba mucha luz en la noche, el personal amable, nos ayudaron con los priblemas que se infirmaron, bien ubicada.

Excelente ubicacion a pocos pasos de la piramide Cholula. Comodo y amplio el hotel. Solo que no hay ventanas en la habitación. Te sientes encerrado y el baño tenia un olor desagradable.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Su restaurante es bastante bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias aunque para mi gusto les falta un poco de mobiliario. Tuvimos un poco de problemas con el agua caliente, pero se resolvió favorablemente. Tienen una zona en construcción por lo que da un poco de mal aspecto y el estacionamiento es un poco reducido.

No lo recomiendo, el hotel es "nuevo" y por lo mismo le faltan muchas cosas (la TV no era funcional por que no estaba configurada) no hay privacidad por que se escucha todo por las paredes, pesima actitud del personal principalmente el que se queda en la noche no te responde ni el saludo, tienen una mala organización ya que en nuestro caso nos dieron una habitacion que no correspondia a la que habiamos reservado.
