When I got to the place nobody was there to welcome me, nobody gave me a code to open the door, its not a hotel it’s a Cabin or airbnb, I called the owner line 50 times and nothing, he never answered, I texted Expedia, they tried to contact the owner and nothing, I don’t recommend to rent this place, I don’t even think they rent it, they just let you rent it but they don’t open the door for you, I do think they scam you

Beautiful quiet garden just a few minutes from the beach and busy restaurant street. I had to change my plans and leave early, and the owner was extremely accommodating in helping me get a refund even though it was my fault. Self check-in made my late arrival easy as well.

I liked it but it doesn't have enough air, it doesn't have air conditioning, the lights go out and you struggle a lot to get in, we had to ring the bell outside waiting for help.

El baño de la habitación que nos dieron se atoró, el administrador en todo momento cuando conversamos al día siguiente dio a entender que fuimos nosotros…. El baño no estaba cuidado, estaba en mal estado, ese mismo momento del problema, nos pidieron que nosotros teníamos que desatorar el baño… fue de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido, éramos 4 y la única solución que nos dieron fue darnos una habitación con una cama king (la tomamos) porque era 9pm y estábamos con dos niños. Al día siguiente que el administrador conversó con nosotros y que dijo que fuimos los responsables del problema del baño, nos dijo que él también administra hoteles de 15mil pesos la noche y que si queríamos un servicio bueno teníamos que pagar por una habitación como esa, que prácticamente en ese hotel daban mal servicio porque era barato. Fue terrible, su estacionamiento no es seguro, a unos amigos le rayaron el auto. En verdad jamás tomaría el hotel como opción. Sentí que en todo momento me dijeron que básicamente tenían un pésimo servicio porque era barato… Soy administradora hotelera y he ido a hotel caros como baratos y nunca tuve una respuesta tan mediocre como la que me dio su administrador. No vayan, si su baño se atora, te harán desatorar viendo cosas asquerosas … que jamás mis hijos y nosotros hicimos!

Está muy bonita y es seguro! Hay que contemplar que no hay aire y hace un poco de calor pese a tener dos ventiladores, está a 3 cuadras de la avenida principal. En la esquina hay un hostal y se escucha mucho la fiesta, pero todo termina a las 11:30
