The hotel staff at check in were really good, however, there was one member of the staff at the reception counter who was very abrupt and not really very polite. We asked for a boxed breakfast as we had an early tour pick up and were offered only some plain slices of bread and a drink. Cheese was available for breakfast, but not for the box. Similarly with tomato. We were told in a very direct way that bread was all there was with a small drink, that's it. For a big hotel, that's not good attitude.

No beach It’s a lovely place to stay whilst visiting the falls There are some good restaurants nearby. The boat ride around the falls is wonderful, old or young But be prepared with a dry set of clothing. And if summer time a swimming suit and t shirt is adequate for the ride

Zentrale Lage, schöner Pool. Grosses Zimmer, leider etwas abgelebt. Servicebereirschaft der Angestellten hat noch Luft nach Oben.

excellent hôtel

les chambres sont extrêmement spacieuses et belles (parquet au sol) A notre surprise l'hôtel est situé juste à côté du terminal des bus, ce qui nous a permis d'aller à Foz d'Iguaçu (côté brésilien des chutes), à l'entrée du parc côté argentin (il faut un bus ou un taxi de Puerto Iguazu) et même à Ciudad del Este au Paraguay sans perdre de temps. De plus l'hôtel est à un ou deux cuadra du centre donc extrêment bien situé. il speut s'occuper de trouver les navettes pour aller à l'aéroport.
