Ultra spacious rooms with friendly service.
Very friendly staff, very spacious comfortable room with great shower and tub. It had a free breakfast that was brought directly to our room at the time that we requested. Large windows gave us a great view of the beach. The bed and floor looked less than immaculate but were certainly clean enough. I would recommend this hotel.

Ugly building (on the inside), really run down rooms for the price charged (90 usd), stinked of cigarrette and wear (badly), dingy halls, service ok, good location, bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired (some hair); in short, about three times the price charged for comparable rooms in other cities in Chile

"beautiful view"
The reception people was kind enough to provide us a room before the check in time as we arrived around 10AM and the check in is after noon. After talking to them they were able to give us 2 next door rooms as we were travelling with our sons. One of the rooms smelled cigarettes. The rooms are very spacious and we could enjoy a beautiful ocean view. The curtains should block the daylight better. The next day we left very early for the Lake Cruise and they were kind enough to send us breakfast in advance so that we could keep it in the refrigerator and prepare it the next morning in the fully equiped small kitchen in the couple's room.

demasiado caro para lo ofrecido, la pieza de buena tamañan y excelente visra, PERO....coclcones muy antiguos, la ducha casi no funcionaba, los utensilios de la cocina mal, incompletos, la pieza presentaba signos de humedad en las paredes, la tina de hidromasaje ni la probe porque no me dio confianza....y cuando llegue, me tiuvieron 10 minutos esperando porque segun el front desk, no existía una reserva a mi nombre, solo ante mi insistencia y mostrando el nro de la reservación en la app, lograron ubicarla...y todo por USS112...mal, mal, definitivamente en Puerto Montt, por ese precio, hay muchas más opciones y mejores, NO VOLVERE A ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO

Apart hôtel en plein centre ville, situé aux 7ème, 8ème et 9ème étages d'un immeuble, d'où la vue superbe sur la mer et la ville. Petit déjeuner moyen servi dans l'appartement, mais hélas wifi allant de faible à nulle.
