Best Hotel In Puerto Varas
I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my stay here. The location is great and the views of the lake are spectacular. Service and food are excellent! I will be back again soon.

Our room has a view of the lake and the volcano. Was pretty cool. The room was large, and clean. The Hotel also has swimming facilities. The hotel was close to downtown -only about 15 minutes walk. It has a large restaurant with a lot of sitting options. The food was good overall.

We booked the Eco Cabana Suite 3 months in advance for 2 nights. When we got to the property, they told us our room had been cancelled. Since they were full they put us in a standard double bed room. Since this was not what we had reserved, and we paid for the Suite we cancelled our stay here and went to a different property. The only reason this review isn't a 1/5 is there was a front lobby trainer, who was great and helped us with the cancellation. She was super friendly and helped us get the reservation cancelled. This reservation was at the end of our vacation and was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, so it was quite disappointing.

It's traditional wood arrangements and construction makes this a very nice hotel to stay longer. The location in front of Llanquihue lake provides a beautiful view and great driving around experience.

the room had a great view of the lake and an easy access to the lake to walk and get lunch/dinner. I was surprised about the additional tourist tax that we had to pay (about 60,000 CLP for 3 nights), if it was detailed it may not have been very clear as I did not pick that up until we got to check in

Very nice hotel, great staff, excellent location. Unfortunately we were there at same time as annual Puerto Varas festival with loud music concert blasting until midnight. Would stay again at a different time of year!
