Worst hotel experience in my life, understaffed and disorganized wherever you look. Excepting the guys at the lobby bar and at Knights, the rest of the facilities are clearly under staffed and they don’t seem to care about it. Wait time for Rodeo is at least an hour and for Tentazzione and Rodeo be sure to get there before you get hungry because you will need to wait at least another hour to get your food. On arrival they messed up my reservation so I had to wait an hour before my room was ready without an apology from the hotel, should’ve seen it coming from there. On Friday they got a group and they had a party on the terrace pf the third floor that is adjacent to all te rooms instead of having it in one of the bars so everyone on the third floor had to listen to their party until they fell like it, which it was well after midnight, so much for a family hotel. This is a cheap managed hotel pretending to be a five star hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!

The hotel is very very short staffed . The buffet is not open every night for dinner The food is just ok . The restaurant by pool takes at least 1-2 hours to get your food . Getting your room clean and getting clean towels was a job every day we had to ask and wait hours for them , coffe shop was down underneath the hotel in a real bad place and was just ok if you like a dungeon. The beach was awful dirty dirt dirty even the water. No staff to keep it clean . The pools were nice but very very very cold . There are 4 restaurants but if you have kids you cannot go to the 4 th one adult only . We where a family if 6 adults an 3 kids an we would define pick a different place . We got tired of oh I will let them know or oh I will call someone . Not going there again . It’s only a 4 year old hotel but it feels very outdated. Not very clean cause the have no staff.

The property it’s okay. Not at par with other Cancun hotels. Needs some maintenance on some of the areas of the hotel. Food was okay. Pool needs more chairs, and they had limited people serving the area. First time I have to request water for the room all 6 days, as they never replenish the fridge with water, and we have a baby. I was hoping for a better experience been a 4 year old hotel, but it seems they still trying to recover from the COVID slowdown.

The food was very good at all restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many areas that require some degree of repair that are not being addressed: cracked tile by the kids pool tables with bad sharp edges, no fence or net around the 4th floor tennis court or basketball court so there's only a 4' wall for the ball to go over. There are pergolas taped off around the kids water park and down by the lower pool. The cost of a taxi into Puerto Morales is now $40 each way, 2 years ago it was about $17.

The resort was severely under staffed. The food was terrible. Most of the time the buffet was cold. For dinner, there were days we waited over an hour and a half to be seated and another hour and a half to be served. The only good were the drinks and the views.

My booking was downgraded somehow, so when I showed up with my family of 5, I had no choice but to pay an extra $1300 at the front desk and wait an extra 90 minutes before getting the room I'd booked. Check-in and check-out were both painfully slow. Nights were loud with A/C noise and howling dogs. Water pressure was very weak. Most of the staff tried their best, but I had an unpleasant experience overall and felt the star rating was inaccurate.

The only place I have ever been downgraded a room. We paid for the Family Sapphire Room and were downgraded to a double twin even though we showed our confirmation. Unreasonable management. Stay somewhere else.

My family and I had an amazing time. Food was great, and all important amenities were excellent. Our 3 year old really enjoyed the kiddy and big pools, and had lots of fun at the trampoline and kid zone. Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, 3 dinner options (mexican, steakhouse or italian) all very good! Room service 24 hours anytime! It was amazing! A few things have been let go, basketball court, tennis court but not really something that hurt the experience. Would definitely go back. All were super nice.

We got a very bad experience and change hotel 3 days before the end of our vacation. Halft of the elevators does not work. Tennis curt was destroy. Basket court was close in very bad shape. Mini golf was in bad condition. Management took all our complains and try to acomodate us but the infraestructure is damage. All pictures in hotel.com are fake. Service was good the staff always try to be helpfull but they do not have the tools to be a good resort

This is a great resort for families with younger children. Kids will not get bored. Beach was warm very nice (little to no sargassum late Nov 2024). Food was great although not a million options. Kids club was fun with no time limits. Trampoline was great. Staff was great and quick. Rooms comfortable, everything worked. Only bad thing was that it was difficult or impossible to get Uber (cheaper than hotel service) because of the road condition into the property.

We’ve been to the resort 3 years in a row during November - as we have 3 kids and they’ve got a great kids club. It is still a great resort with some brilliant staff like Brian and Gustavo who are super friendly and make a big effort to do fun activities and say hi to all the guests. There’s a zip line small trampoline park and mini movie theatre which the kids love. Unfortunately the dining has become increasingly limited - the all inclusive buffet is no longer open during the evenings this year - it was partially open last season in November and the previous year was open every night which is so much easier eith small impatient kids but they’ve now closed it permanently in the evenings. It’s a real shame as there are 3 other restaurants but they’re always very busy - and often mean waiting 30 minutes if you don’t book . Other than that it’s a good resort with nice kids club - that keeps us coming back. Next year unfortunately I think we will try another resort given the dining options are now rather limited. I have a feeling many other families may opt for other resorts for the sake reason as there were others who had the same sentiment. Overall a good resort but would be much better if the buffet restaurant was open for dinner for the families. Thanks for a fun vacation!

It’s a smaller resort overall but still has everything that’s needed. First, the room was excellent. Very clean room. Awesome shower with great soaps. The bed was very comfortable. The temp was perfect. Every balcony has an ocean view. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch pool side option was not very good. The dinner options were great. Had 3 sit down restaurants without crazy dress codes. The food was excellent in all 3 but loved the steak house the most. Property is older but very clean. Beach is small but the beaches in this area are never prestigious. Pools were chilly but clean. The night shows were very good. I believe it was still down season. So I’d expect it to be even better when fully staffed.
