There is a all inclusive fee up to $130pppd increase in 2023 per resort due to rate increase in prices that is only payable to the resort at check in this is a fee that all guests have to pay There are two parts to the reservation process. We collect for the reservation and payment of the room, and when you check in at the resort you will pay for the All-Inclusive portion. When I arrived to the property they didnt have my reservation, so I had to pay a deposit for the night, and they said they will reimburse me the nigth. The day after my reservation came, they didnt reimburse me the deposit, and change me to another of their properties. It was an awfull experinced, ruining our holidays, and as expensive as if would had stay for a week.
