The property was really nice. The staff however needs some serious work. The desk staff showed no urgency. It took us nearly an hour to check in. We had issues getting clean towels in the room and it seemed nearly impossible to get towels or any service on the beach. The staff that runs the surf shack kept trying to charge for things that were included which really bothered me. The wait staff at the restaurant were actually really good but beyond that almost every interaction with staff was a negative experience. For what we spent to stay here I would have expected them to treat us well, I expect that from this level of resort. We will most likely not return due to service.

Gorgeous Infiniti Pool. Pool is heated and its needed this time of year in the mornings...love this touch. Beautiful Resort. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Octavio was great and we loved Antonio in the pool area who served us drinks and lunch around the pool. There are several pools to choose from but the infiniti pool is top notch. This resort was very reasonably priced compared to other Adults Only resorts in the area. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary. Its not 1

Hidden hotel charge
I booked a room here for 1 night stay. I did mistakenly check only 1 guest instead of 2 when booking however nothing was mentioned at check in that there would be an extra charge for all inclusive for my wife and then when we check out got hit with another $348 charge. Nothing was mentioned about an additional charge on the website either because would have chosen another location if I have known about an extra charge. They couldn’t explain where they came up with this number. Really poor considering nothing was mentioned at check in or the website so had no idea of any extra charges. Zero explanation how the $348 charge was calculated

This property was a great staycation with everything all inclusive. Felt so comfortable doing everything and was always treated kindly. Only “bad” thing is that it’s far from the “downtown” area to visit but the resort had everything we needed and wanted.

The property is nice but when something goes wrong that’s when you know how poor the service actually is. Something happened where I was forced to change my travel dates by moving it from Saturday to Saturday instead Sunday to Sunday. What should’ve been a easy fix. Just moving it one day. Turned out to be a nightmare. These things happen sometimes and it’s so unfortunate how the resort handled it. I emailed and called with no response. Expedia emailed and called with no response. Turned out to be so stressful. Our bartender Alejandro was awesome. They did loose a returning guest as I will never return nor recommend this resort.

We have reserved a one-bedroom suite oceanfront (as in Expedia options). We had also requested a top-level corner suite. We were given a corner suite on the second floor of four stories and our oceanfront was replaced with partially Oceanview to the roof of their buffet restaurant. Once we complained, we were shown a much smaller suite Oceanview which we refused. They also said their fourth floor is full, which we found out not only the fourth floor but most of their suites were vacant!!!

They said is not about quantitative but about quality , this resort might not have many restaurants options but what they have is very good , we love the buffet variety, specially the different types of ceviches and tacos and seafood . Also , the service is excellent. Oh I couldn’t forget to mentioned, you could actually swim in the ocean ! Definitely will come back !

We did not get VIP treatment, we did not get that bottle of wine. Food was average, no variety. Only two restaurants, and you have to stay in line every morning in the heat to make reservation for dinner. Never got the reservation time that we wanted, even when we came first in line on my birthday. The worker next to the pool took my umbrella away, and left me without shade, because according to the hotel standards we are allowed to have only one umbrella. Also, while she was moving umbrellas, she hit my husband in the head with that umbrella. The phone was not working properly in the room, the fridge was not stocked when we arrived. The curtains in the room had holes. Some people were smoking cigars in the non smoking pool, and playing music from their speakers. It was very disturbing. The servers next to the pool and on the beach were very nice. They made our stay feel a little more comfortable. We will not comeback to this hotel.
