Mucho ruido en los pasillos del hotel mucha gente sin respeto niños gritando todo el tiempo en área de habitación gente celebrando cumpleaños en las habitaciones asta las 3 de las mañana lo reporte a seguridad y no respetaron bebidas no buenas exesiva gente en las albercas el agua muy sucia en albercas la comida sin sabor - yo no vuelvo iremos el futuro ni lo recomiendo este hotel

Too crowded, not clean
We got there the same day as 2 bus loads of Mexican nationals. Everything was super crowded. The other guests were super pushy and rude, to us and the staff. Never saw anyone leave a tip. No manners with anything. They would push you out of the way to get on elevators and were equally rude in the restaurants and in the pool. Made the mistake of putting on my kids goggles in the pool and what I saw made me want to vomit. The beach was filled with trash. Plastic everywhere, it was really sad. Other than the steakhouse, the food was mediocre and the drinks were blah. The staff were friendly, but I felt bad for them. We had never experienced anything like this in all the years we have been travelling to Mexico. It has made us rethink going to all inclusives in general. You either have to spend a lot more money to go to more exclusive ones or stay at quiet, non all inclusive typehotels and just pay for food and drink.

Stay was way over worked. Not as polite as I remember. Pool had #2 in it and was closed 3/6 days. Rooms are very loud. Terribly set up. Neighbors door vibrates your bed at 7am. So if ya like sleeping in don't go here.

I stayed at Riu Jalisco from 9/19-9/23/2024. We did the online check-in and arrived at 1 pm on 9/19/24 we checked in effortlessly, and we were immediately given our room keys and allowed into our room. That was great. We went to the lunch buffet, and it was average, nothing spectacular but they had a bit of everything, and a snack bar set up right there where you could get nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers, or french fries. Main pool 1 is laid back has a bar set up and has Iguanas that come out and walk around. Main Pool 2 was busy, had music, and both pools played games, but we preferred Pool 1.It is also very close to towels and the kid pool area. If you go to the sister resort Vallarta, bring towels, they will not give you towels there. The pool was nicer there. We ate at the steak house it was the best meal we had. We tried the Asian restaurant, it is buffet style, and it was mediocre. We also tried the Italian restaurant, it was not good. We ended up just going for the buffet our last night there, and it was way better than the Italian or Asian restaurant. The buffet offers entrees from both of those and the food quality was better. The sports bar is airconditioned, and a game of pool is USD 2.50 or 7 pesos. This is not the worst place I've stayed, it is ok, if you are not a picky eater, and don't need to be waited on hand and foot. If you are looking at this resort, stay at Vallarta, or go to the Iberostar a little further away. Barcelo is also good.

Didn’t like the fact in the lobby was super hot didn’t even offer ice for the water. We constantly had to call front desk to refill our shampoo our refrigerator. The bartenders ignored you if you didn’t tip them. The only good restaurant that always had our table ready and was very respectful was in the restaurant Emiliano’s and the waiters were super nice Breakfast and dinner. The restaurant adelitas and the bontana were the worst no clean waiters not friendly at all the took to long to serve you drinks. The rooms were always hot and always w mosquitoes and bugs. The bed were not what I expected I ask for two double beds they were all stuck together was very awkward to sleep w my daughter and her husband
