It was a very fun experience overall. When it comes to cleanliness, they change the bed sheet every three days. If you want clean towels everyday you have to put a sign up.

We went at the end of September 2024 with my wife and 1.5 year old son. We loved the amenities, pools, walkability, service, cleanliness, price for the night, and staff. I loved this hotel it was so nice to just chill. You don't need to go anywhere on holiday except stay and chill at this hotel. The beach was awesome too. I loved the different types of food options at the hotel: Sushi, Mexican, and Italian. Amazing and delicious! My only complaint here was the cost for dining at the hotel. Seemed very overpriced and unreasonable given the price of the hotel room per night. IE it cost about $150 per night but to dine for 2 people will cost you a minimum of $70 per meal. My advice would be to eat only 1 meal per day at the hotel and go dine out in the town!
