The hotel is on the Verudella peninsula, about 6 miles from Pula so you would need a car or take a bus into Pula city. However the complex of 3/4 hotels has bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and every possible sports opportunities you can imagine, land or sea. It’s a great place for walking, cycling and tennis plus water sports. Breakfast was a good buffet with fresh fruit etc and surprisingly good food can be had from the a la carte mehu I would definitely stay hear again. Park Arena is the smaller quieter hotel on the peninsula so great for couples and families

Staff were excellent. Beautiful, well maintained pool area. The cleaning of guest rooms could be improved - ours wasn't hoovered for a week!

Positiv am Hotel: Essensauswahl und Qualität, Poolanlage mit Liegen, Sauberkeit Negativ am Hotel: Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte meistens am späten Nachmittag, das war mühsam. Das Personal schien oft demotiviert. Ich habe schon besseren Service erlebt. Im Grossen und Ganzen ist es ein solides Hotel. Ein Bisschen zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Einzigartige Unterkunft. Sehr schön gelegen mit vielen Ausflugs- Bademöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nebst den Zimmern ist das Essen wirklich top

Ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist optimal, das Essen stets frisch und genügend Auswahl vorhanden, die Zimmer ein bisschen klein aber immer noch ok. Die Sauberkeit im allgemeinen (Öffentliche Plätze: Restaurant, bar, Lobby etc) war auf hohem Niveau, jedoch wurde unsere Zimmer sehr schlecht gereinigt bzw. teilweise gar nicht. Unser Geschirr wurde die ganze Woche lang nie vom Zimmer abgeräumt. Während unserem Aufenthalt gab es einen 50/50 mix bzgl. Freundlichem Personal, einige waren sehr zuvorkommend und einige sollten wiederum nicht im Service arbeiten. Gesamtnote: gut (gute Preisleistung).

Es hat uns gefreut zu lesen, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben und dass unsere Lage, das gastronomische Angebot, die Sauberkeit und noch vieles mehr überzeugen konnte. Aufgrund von COVID-19 bieten wir die Reinigung der Zimmer nicht wie üblich an. Insofern eine Reinigung gewünscht ist, muss diese an der Rezeption angefragt werden. Es tut uns leid, falls es zu einem Missverständnis in dieser Hinsicht gekommen ist. Wir bedauern auch, dass Sie einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit unseren Teammitgliedern hatten.
