We are sorry that at the time of your arrival all the concierges were busy and you had to wait a bit. We apologize for the inconvenience. The parking lot is not private and guarded, and the space at the electric car charging station is not a parking space. We are deeply sorry to hear about the inconvenience you have experienced during your stay. In such a situation, you should notify the police to make a report, since the parking lot is not private.
