The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. It’s extremely dated and tired looking which makes it feel dirty. Will not be using this hotel again.

Great location in walking distance to downtown Pullman. Older motel, but well cared for and room felt clean. Near a historic neighborhood with a neat feel. Good value for our stay while visiting our child at WSU.

For the rate I paid I prepared myself for something sketchy, but instead was surprised by a clean room, friendly staff and a great location to a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This wasn't the fanciest place, but it was super clean, great location and friendly/helpful staff. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow, this is a hidden gem! The room feels recently updated with contemporary amenities and decor, and the room is quiet and incredibly comfortable. The pillows are some of the best hotel pillows I've encountered in years. Lovely, informative staff, super convenient location, easy parking. Absolutely coming back.
