I wish hotels would tell us whether or not they are going to clean our rooms. We always want fresh towels and leave them on the floor. About half the time we stay in hotels (about 2-3 times a month), they have a “policy” of only cleaning every other day or not at all. Why can’t they tell us the policy when we check in? Or put a sign in the room or something? Why do we only find out when we get to our room late at night and discover all the towels still on the floor? Also Specific to this hotel… there are no restaurants near by but they have one in the hotel and a “full menu”. Sold out hotel with one (seemed to be VERY stoned or super mellow?) employee taking orders. No coffee cup lids. No fruit for yogurt parfaits. Expired yogurt, and very slow service.

I liked being able to buy food instead of getting cheap food for “free”…to me, it’s better to have to conveniently located bistro type foods for a small fee (less than casual dining) and enjoy them in our rooms or lobby dining area than having to venture out repeatedly. This goes along with the sbux too. Smart logic that most folks probably don’t think thru completely! But it made perfect sense to me. Thank you ! Also the staff was nice! Quintessential bright eyed college aged kids !!!

I do not like that I had to pay for parking! AND that you never mention that beforehand. I learned in my email receipt. This is the first time that I have been billed for parking anywhere except large cities. It was a surprise and the fact that this is not presented at time of booking does not reflect well on your hotel, in my opinion. No morning coffee is the lobby for guests and only Starbuck coffee available for purchase was another negative. I will be choosing another hotel on my next trip to Pullman. Thank you for asking me to review your hotel.
