We always enjoy our stays at Hampton Inns, but the Hampton Inn Pullman was a step above. The property was beautiful and our room felt fresh and clean. My son made a comment about feeling underdressed to be there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think our favorite part was the different outdoor eating areas and the beautiful hibiscus flowers. We sat out by the gas fire olace one night. It was very relaxing. We look forward to our next stay in a couple minths!

Efficient Check in. Pleasant employees. Nice variety of breakfast items and very well decorated. Nice outside area and shuttle available to and from football game was a convenience.

Very nice, clean hotel. Shayla, at the front desk, provided a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spacious and had a couch to relax on. Comfortable bed and a large, well lit, bathroom. Very reasonably priced.

Wonderful location if you are visiting WSU. Staff is hospitable. Love the self serve market downstairs. Reasonable prices. A few good food options in walking distance. My only complaint is the egregious prices charged for college move in- parents weekend, etc. We stayed during “normal time” at a reasonable rate. Move in and parents weekend prices are 5x inflated.
