This hotel should be renamed to the “AC-less Hotel” because the air conditioning is non-existent. Seriously, I’ve had cooler air hit me walking passed a stranger on the street on a 100 degree day. When we let the desk know, they sent a guy up with an infrared thermometer which he aimed inside the air duct. Of course it’s going to be cool INSIDE of an aluminum air duct! We asked cleaning staff and they said every room is like that. We even heard a neighboring guest get into a yelling match with an employee about it and demand to be moved to a room on the lower level. The lobby is the same way, VERY warm! Other than that, it was decent but we didn’t spend much time there nor use any amenities.

No reserve por hotels en este hotel .
Hice una reserva para 3 habitaciones , incluí desayuno en las 3, cuando uno paga por el desayuno , Hotels indica que es para 2 personas . Hice la reserva con mucha anticipación y al principio solo íbamos 4 adultos . Acorde al pago de mi reserva podía alojar 6 personas con su desayuno incluido . Era un viaje de trabajo y al final se agregó una persona más , o sea 5 personas en total . Quise informar que venía la persona a adicional , y yo explicando me hicieron bajar a recepción , luego de un viaje de 5 horas , para decirme que tenía que pagar extra , lo cual me parecía absurdo , no por el monto a cobrarme , porque debía pagar por extra desayuno , si ya había pagado para 6 personas y solo éramos 5 personas , solo porque en el momento de la reserva no coloqué el máximo de ocupación por habitación . Si fuera un hotel que se paga por persona lo entiendo , pero el pague por habitación y podía alojar 2 personas y pague desayuno para 2 x hab. Entiendo que hay situaciones , pero no deben hacerme sentir que cómo cliente valgo menos porque hice mi reserva por aquí , en vez de entender y tratarme mejor y no decirme que había que pagar y que pusiera la queja a Hotels . Así no se tratan los clientes . Hasta me dijeron que le desmontara que la tarifa de desayuno era para dos , entonces hice una reserva nueva y les demostré esto . Me anularon el pago extra pero ya estaba enojada , incómoda , molesta , era un evento de trabajo y quería descansar y relajarme antes de asistir al evento .

We were actually stuck in Punta Cana for two days. The first room was great! a perfect! The second room because we had to check back in due to flight was hot as heck.. I didn’t get any sleep. The AC kept cutting off.. The hallway was warm so I know it could not have just been our room

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, banks, etc. The staff is lovely, super friendly and helpful. One of the biggest assets they have, in my opinion, is that their pool is open 24/7, that was a plus for my family and I. The pool is also the most perfect depth, temperature and size. The highlight of our stay was our waiter Kiuston and his crew, him and his team really made us feel like family. We looked forward to spending time by the pool because of them. I hope to be back soon.
