AVENTURA STUDIOS playa LOS CORALES was dirty, noisy, inconvenient and unsafe. The check in was a long and disorganized process. The front desk staff were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. The rooms and property were NOT as advertised. My room was dirty, hot and unsafe. There were NOT any locks on the sliding door to the balcony or any of the windows. The air conditioner did NOT work. The light in the bathroom did NOT work. The hot water heater did NOT work well and took over 30 minutes to heat the water. The water cooler for drinking water was filthy. The wifi/internet service was horrible and often did NOT work. There was NOT any hand soap or shower soap in our room. There were NOT enough towels or sheets in our room. Our room was NEVER cleaned during our 4 day stay. The front desk staff were rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. The toilet did NOT flush properly and the room smelled of sewage. When I notified the front desk staff that I did NOT have any locks on my sliding door to the balcony and I did NOT have any locks on any of the windows, I was told: "That's what you paid for!" I felt unsafe on the property. The security guards and other staff members were drunk or high each day. The pool was filthy and cloudy and was never cleaned. This property is NOT a beach front property (as advertised). Instead, you must walk several dusty, potholed, streets through dangerous traffic in order to reach the dirty, overcrowded beach.
