Excelente lugar para estar en familia. La comida y las atenciones del Staff excepcional. Muy buenas opciones en el buffet y los restaurantes temáticos con una excelente oferta gastronómica. No dejen de visitar el restaurante Mexicano, muy bello y fresco, la comida excelente. La comida de Le Gourmet 10/10. La paciencia y atenciones de Arelis con los niños inmejorable. El servicio de comida 24/7 a la habitación es un plus para cuando no quieres salir o está lloviendo. Los parques acuáticos y las activados para los niños son muy buenas. Siempre tienen múltiples cosas para hacer. Ya estamos planeando regresar. 😀

The rooms are falling apart, cockroaches and bugs in the room. We had to check our clothes for roaches every day. Most restaurants were closed. We only used two.

We liked the food options, access to the beach and everyone was genuinely being helpful and nice. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. If were to go again, we’d book a room with 2 beds.

Fantastic family property. A ton of shows for kids every night and the castle light show at night is a great experience for kids. The pool was also AMAZING. The food is fine , drinks are good. Would definitely go back !

Great hotel for kids and families!!! The only thing The air conditioning in the room did not cool very well, on very hot days it does not feel very cool in the room. But in overall , excelent vacation choice!!
