The staff couldn't have been nicer. They did everything possible to make sure we had we wanted. The food could have been a little better at some of the restaurants. Overall , it's a beautiful place.

Do not go here if you have any allergies they will not accomodate you. Everytime we have to specify 10 times over at every food place what our allergies were and we could still detect allergens in the food. It makes no sense to ask us at check-in, to ask us what our room numbers are at each place we order food from and yet we had three waiters for each place who we had to explain what the allergies were and we could end up tasting it in our food after reassuring because they’re probably not taking cross-contamination in account. My friend had a huge allergic reaction on the first night of us staying here specifially at Spice, the asian restaurant where we were reassured by 3 separate people it was gluten free dish. The doctor was unresponsive that night. You have to go to the front desk and have them call the doctor (??) and her advice is just to monitor her for another 20 min in case her breathing becomes restricted. My friend ended up feeling better but it took a while to get there. The next morning another friend had really bad heartburn which she rushed to the doctor for and they said go to the pharmacy for antacids but she didn’t know WHERE it was, we asked other employees and the language barrier was giving us unclear instructions all while my friend is under an emergency where she feels like she can’t breathe and every second was so scary. We eventually found it but it took them time. This was not worth the premium $$ spent for an all-inclusive. Go somewhere else

Property was beautiful. Had to get up early to reserve chairs if you want particular seats at the pool. Paid extra $650 to upgrade to Excellence Club, would not recommend doing it. Staff was exceptionally accommodating on anything we needed. I would stay again!

We had a great time at Excellence. The resort is perfectly kept with a small garden with birds. We love feeding them in the morning. Our favorite place is Aroma where you can get delicious coffee and sweets. Food in all the restaurants is good and staff is friendly. The beach is beautiful and we loved boogie boarding. So much fun. No complaints whatsoever. Had a great time. Wish could stay longer.

You can have the most luxurious accommodations but if you don’t have the staff that is all about you having the best vacation ever, well then it just never will work. The people that work there, from your arrival to maids, bartenders to pool workers. ALL are on the same page. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

It was our second time at this resort as we just had to come back. The hotel itself is clean and maintained very well. The restaurants and food are superb and the team do everything they can to make your visit feel special.

This place was absolutely amazing and the grounds themselves were stunning. The staff at every junction was a 15 our T of 10. Super friendly and polite. The area off campus was horrific. Do not leave the campus. Piles of trash dumped on the roadways. Wild animals. Did not see 1 police officer. However, I would stay at this resort again and would love it.
