Located perfectly near downtown Punta Cana, walkable. Hotel was really clean and well kept, staff was super friendly. The room was amazing and super clean, only issue was there was absolutely no water pressure so showering took forever. I asked for a late check out and was charged $20/hour which was a little disappointing. Overall I will return and enjoyed my time in Punta Cana

The staff was amazing and welcoming, the food was great and so were the drinks. The property was clean and well maintained. We were close to the mall and entertaining area but couldn’t walk there due to the road and limited sidewalks. We were able to take an Uber which was decently priced.

So the property is a very new property. But what i didn't know is that it isn't completed so you are literally staying on a construction site with only 1 phase completed, which is where we stayed. The rooms do not have microwaves ,just the stove and oven which was ok but i did go buy foil so i could warm up food . I really do think this is going to be a beautiful place once complete. It did have Roaches because of the construction iam sure ,but that wasn't to bad . Also you are literally right next to downtown area so you can walk to the mall ,store, food ect.. but there is no side walk as of yet so you definitely have to take that into consideration . Lastly you are not right by the beach, you have to take a taxi or uber to get there so if you are expecting this ,then you may want to book else where . Now would i stay here again..i absolutely would..but i think i want to go back once it's finished..my honest review

This was a fantastic stay for my wife and I. Everything was new, clean, modern and beautiful from the rooms, facilities, restaurant/bar and pool. Rafael and Eric, the bartenders were very kind as well as the facilities driver, Junior. They were all profesional, personable, kind and went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience and service. We feel like we truly made friends staying here. I will come back here every time!

I booked this hotel last minute because we had a situation with our original plans to stay at a resort, so we needed something quick and to be honest this was better than staying on a resort. we ate at the restaurant, the food was OK at the restaurant, but the room itself was clean and beautiful. We didn’t have time to go shopping, but we were told that there is some shopping area around the corner

We had a terrible experience, i would never recommend this to anybody not even to my worst enemy. Horrible front desk workers. Hotel was very ugly and the workers were very disrespectful towards me and my mom. When all we did was respect them and be nice to them and we could not receive the same back.
