Will visit the property (Grand Sirenis) again. Beaches are beautiful. Food, over all ambience was amazing. Stephanie and Luz at front desk were amazing and helpful during entire checkin/ checkout process.

The first room we were given smelled like mold and was not as pictured when we had booked the hotel. Had to then move rooms due to plumbing backing up in the bathroom. The second room was in a different building and had such a large gap under the door mosquitoes were coming into the room. This room also had plumbing problems, had to brush our teeth in the shower seeing as the sink would not drain. The facility is not clean, and not well maintained.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The food was good but could be better. The beach was gorgeous. The staff are very nice. Especially our concierge Juma who did everything to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We went to the VIP ultimate leisure club meeting and the deals they offer are actually quit reasonable. They throw in all kinds of perks. We spoke with Leonid and he was amazing to work with. Although we didn’t end up purchasing he was so professional and kind. The staff treated us so nicely and this really made our stay!

There are water leaking on the bathtub and toilet, sink is clogged and they never came to repair it. The shows last 30 minutes and music too.. there is bad smell come from the bathroom and all the rooms has a musty smell. I won’t stay in this hotel again… The front desk was very attentive and helpful with the check in and out…

Liked that it was Family friendly, kids activities and some friendly staff. Didn’t like - Food quality was poor, cleanliness (dirty sheets, cups at pool had sand in it was not properly washed) rooms are outdated. Lack of staff. Resort should not be 5 stars.

This is a limited "All Inclusive Resort". Although there are several restaurants, you can only book one per day. Any other meals will need to get from the buffet restaurant. Food is not great either. We visited during Christmas holiday and expected a special dinner for the occasion, but we were only able to book dinner for the buffet. The staff is not going out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. At times it felt like they were doing me a favor by refilling my cup or making a drink. I would not recommend any one to stay at this resort.

The staff at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Aquagames were very Nice. David, Luz, Pedro, The restaurant staff, The cleaning staff, Hector as well as others were very nice and helpful to me. What I would say is that the entire hotel would be much better if the owners would spend a little money upgrading the rooms. I will give my observations. 1. My room smelled like a sewer until the cleaning lady cleaned the shower drain. I assume there were fumes coming from the drain. 2.The toilets could be higher instead of sitting so low. 3.The bed frame needed to be replaced. A part of it was coming unglued. 4.The service time for getting things fixed could be faster. I would have to call several times in order to get someone to come a fix things. 5. The food was ok. It could have been much better with more varieties. 6. The shower could use some shelves where the guests can place their body wash and bar soaps on. There was no place to put your soap or body wash. 7. The shower drains could drain a little faster. 8. The second sink would not drain the water. My girlfriend and I had to use the one sink for everything. 9. The hotel/resort could use much better laundry detergent when washing the sheets. I have one suggestion, when you wash white sheets, use a little bleach. Bleach will sanitize the sheets much better. The bed clothes smelled sweaty. I hope my feedback makes a difference.

NO AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS INSANE THE AMOUNT OF WORK IT TOOK TO GET CHANGE TO ANOTHER ROOM. THE STAFF ARE TRAINED TO MAKE PEOPLE WASTE THERE TIME UNTIL PEOPLE GET TIRED AND SURRENDER. I FILL A CLAIM FORM AT THE GUEST SERVICE DESK REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME SO FAR
