Live Acqua never dissapoints. The only thing they need to give a push is to the dinning options: if they'll add a meat/grill restaurant or a molecular restaurant (like in Cancun) for sure they'll be unbeatable. On the same line, as a mexican group (Fiesta Americana), they should improve the mexican food option: real tacos are not that complicated to prepare. In short, I do not change it and I'll continue to go there every time I'll can.

Staff greeted you soon as you walked in. Make sure you try to go for the vip package you will get a butler and hand massages within 5mins of entering. The beach is walking distance and the food is okay…. I will be returning

The Resort was very nice and clean! The only thing that they have to improve is in the pillows. All pillows are long and they need to have regular one because the long one are more for bed decorations.

The property was amazing, great views, quiet environment, but also active if you go to the common areas. The staff were great, handled issues promptly and made sure our stay was great. Food was amazing, some hiccups here and there, but again, the staff made corrections and were always willing to do what was needed to make us happy. Highly reccomend, defintely spend a little extra on the rooms in this place, the value in what you get is defintely worth the price!
