Room was great. Nice and spacious room with ocean view balcony. The spa services were pretty good. The restaurants could use some work. Food choices limited, taste was bland and some restaurants were closed on the weekend. Buffet had no variations. No snacks were readily available with our drinks. The Italian restaurant was by far the worst experience. The free points offered was a rip off and we could not use them for anything substantial. Overall - would not recommend staying there.

There is NO BEACH! The pictures posted to this hotel is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Also, it’s not an “adults only” resort. Also, not “all inclusive” as far as mini bar there is only water in your ford get everything else goes by building up a point system! Would NOT RECOMMEND saying here

The property was awesome. One thing that was a big dislike the restaurants situation some of them did not open at all and when someone is paying for the experience just makes it a little off. No buffet for dinner I think they should open boathouse for dinner since some of them did not open but overall great stay had a nice vacation

Property and staff amazing; food delicious and plentiful; beds decent and clean. My only issue which is personal, is the location because it’s far from everything. If you like to explore or hang out side of the resorts, do yourself a favor and rent a car. This lovely place is for people that prefer to stay on the property and maybe do excursions. Overall, I had the best birthday trip ever, all thanks to this establishment. 💋

The property was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our celebrations were acknowledged in special ways. The swim up suite was perfection and lots of restaurants with great food. Also there were fun activities every night. We will definitely be back. My only feedback was the resort credits can be explained better. You can only use a portion depending what activity you choose so you have to spend alot to use them all. Other than that it was a phenomenal time! Thank you all
