My stay was so great will return FOR SURE loved everything activities the beach the convenient stores the dining experience the shows. The only bad thing was that sometimes the restaurants would be fully booked so did get to eat there Everytime but overall super amazing!! Cant wait to go back again ♥️✨

The Mélia système is absolutely horrible for the non member even if I buy the best sweet oceanfront in the hotel, there are many things you’re not allowed to do because of that poor management which is absolutely incommunicado you can’t scare when you have a problem Food is absolutely not up to a five stars. It’s more of a three stars There’s no communication between the reception and their gate in front of the hotel to let people in even if they tell you that it’s OK I travel in five stars hotel six times a year for many many years and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. I hope it’s gonna help them to reevaluate their system and their management in place.
