Overall, we had a great experience in dining, cleanliness, services, wide room space…It will be better if there are toilet bidet and at least 1 laundry bag for each room. I suggest, bring your own laundry bag, and extra plastic bag for wet clothes, in case you want to swim on your last day. I asked 2 housekeeper for it, but they don’t have any.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a prime location, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The dining options were outstanding, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from, including Italian, Asian, American, Mexican, a steakhouse, and a buffet. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the private terrace and the large, luxurious bathroom with a fantastic shower. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for both children and adults. There’s a water park, basketball court, multiple pools, bars, an ice cream shop, a spa, and even a casino. In the evenings, there are entertaining shows for all ages. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby golf course, which the hotel can arrange access to. My overall experience was excellent, and I’m already looking forward to returning. If you’re considering a trip to Punta Cana, I highly recommend Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro!

A shout out to Johan and Alexis for making check in easy. I really wanted give this resort a good review, but unfortunately I can't. The buffet definitely serves day old food, and drinks are very watered down. The lobster tail from the steakhouse smells like amonia. A lot of ppl I spoke with had an upset stomach. The cleaning staff didn't come to clean until I complained to front desk. The water stopped working all of a sudden. The staff is extremely lacking in English. They try their best. The rooms are beautifuly renovated. The Capuchino shop is amazing, great coffee, great sandwiches, great desserts. The beach is gorgeous.
