The staff was absolutely wonderful, couldn't ask for better. The food not so much. Pools closed every day at 6pm and very little night live.

The staff and services were wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay there at the hotel, except one time I tried to have dinner at the American country restaurant. The food was not good at all. I ordered ribs they were dry and just warm unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eat them. Other than that I have a great time.👍

El hotel esta maravilloso, lo unico que no me gusto es que no hay areas designadas para fumadores y por ejemplo para personas como yo que NO fumo era muy desagradable disfrutar de shows en el teatro por los fumadores que estaban por todos lados.

Our stay was beautiful thanks Only minor issues our room was quite far from the beach and restaurants ( since I had problem walking due to the pain in my knee) The staff was great.The receptionist sends us way too far on the 3rd floor with our luggage (by stairs) and then they realized that was not the right room for us. But we managed any how. The resort is lovely, we enjoyed it. Thanks we look forward to visit there again and again 😀

It was amazing my first time in Dr. the staff is excellent and friendly . Make sure you download the riu app so your able to easily find activities, minbar refill request and other services.

This probably was a win for me and my friends. It had everything that we needed and there really was not much that I did not like about it. However when you go on the beach they're going to be people selling stuff so relaxation time was cut in half but other than that it was awesome.

They rush the renovations our room didn't have a phone for the first six days one elevator was broken for three days without fixing and the day we were leaving on September 11 the second elevator broke so we have to carry our luggage down the stairs though the restaurants were good the buffet is average

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had issues. Shower handle was broken and water temperature could not regulate. Very slippery floors at the buffet.

Terrible food and limited choices. Allowed thieves to harass people on the beaches and sell them lies. Awful lack of security!

The food was not good and there were not beverage choices. Everything in the gift shop was marked up to double the price.
