My husband and I went here for My birthday and we had a fantastic time. It was mostly quiet and relaxing. The food choices were fantastic though a little bland, and the salt shakers were extremely hard to get salt out of to be able to flavor your food. We did end up doing The blue Lagoon excursion that you can book through the hotel. Have to say it really wasn’t worth the cost. The catamaran ride was just OK and you go to a place where you go swimming in the blue Lagoon. However, you can swim at the resort right there for free. It’s more of a relaxing excursion which you get the same relaxation at the resort. I will, however say the lunch on the excursion was absolutely delicious and it was nice to have free drinks through the whole day.

I'll start with the good. We booked one of the swim up suites and it was worth the extra privacy. The room itself was spacious, and our mini fridge and snacks were always restocked. Bed and pillows were comfy. Towels were extra long and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. They made a note that I was celebrating my birthday and I received a banner on my door as well as a small cake the day of. The not so good: roaches appeared in the room every single night. I also witnessed roaches throughout the resort including at the dinner buffet as well as the pool restrooms- clearly a sign of a serious infestation on this property. For me this is unacceptable at a "five star" resort. While the specialty restaurants had beautiful decor, the food was somewhat lacking in flavor. Breakfast was good but the same selection every single day. I'm not sure if this is policy, but there is absolutely no staff going around the pool or beach area offering drinks to guests. You have to get them yourself. Entertainment in the evening was limited to the weekend. Be aware that any taxi service to and from the resort is $30 EACH WAY so going out anywhere off the resort will cost you. You can use Uber but you'll need an escort to the street level. Overall it was good but left much to be desired for it being a "luxury 5 star" resort.

It was a great stay. The staff was 50/50. Some were happy and others were bothered. Cleanliness was questionable in the room. The resort has several activities going on after dinner so that was good entertainment. The variety of food they had was also great.

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here and we cannot say enough great things! What an amazing time! Only got to enjoy 5 nights this time, but we have already started to make plans to return next year for at least 7 nights! Highly recommend Serenade All Suites to anyone looking for a great All Inclusive Resort option.

Room wasn’t ready on time Then when we went in the room we saw the room wasnt clean We called the room service they came ,brought the maid and she was trying to justify And then arguing saying that everything was cleaned The matress sheet had a stain and still they were saying that the room was clean Than we asked for the maid They just stocked the fridge with water and soda and didn’t clean up nothing In the beach that was prohibited smoking a plenty of people was smoking Not following the rules While we go there to take a rest and stay quite

Truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. Was skeptical about the resort and the beach however the beach was amazing. The views were beautiful and the water was clean (at end of august). To start, the room floor was dirty. Didn’t seem like the house keeping cleaned it the whole time we were there. The bathroom was really freshly built and you can tell. The toilet and shower light didn’t turn off the whole time we were there and we tried using all the switches and they wouldn’t turn off. Besides this the room was alright. House keeping came everyday however when they left they left the room at 16° which was soo cold. They also didn’t clean the sink at all. The service overall was not the best. Workers greeted us but throughout dinners they didn’t check up on us much and it seemed like they didn’t speak or understand much english which is understandable. However we said thank you lots of times and they would walk away or just nod. The steakhouse menus were confusing as we booked two different menus. Other restaurants were delicious though! Upon arrival everyone around us got free drinks and got a tour of the resort however we didn’t get either which was disappointing as we had to figure out where stuff was on our own. At night there was nothing to do, the family side has all the fun stuff. Overall, i’d recommend to ppl looking for something lowkey and chill. Definitely not for young people i’d say.

Great place to have a chill quiet vacation. Pool beach food that’s it. The staff are very friendly. Rooms are beautiful and well decorated and well maintained. They kept the mini fridge stocked. The main employe I would like to shout is Johnathan, he helped us a lot throughout our stay and made sure we were taken care of.

My friends and I stayed here for my 25th birthday and it was great. I would give this place 10/10. The staff was great, the food was AMAZING!!! I have shared my experience with a lot of people and have told them this is the place they need to stay at! If I visit Punta Cana again, this will be the resort I’ll be staying at.

We stayed on swim up room and was the best! We visited on low season and it was incredible, very quiet and pools almost just for us. However, this is not a 5 stars place. The food is just ok, and the Braseria restaurant is not a good restaurant at all (poor service and beef is not good). The beach is nice and we enjoyed the resort areas. We had a wonderful time that unfortunately finish when you arrive to the airport… is like you come back to 1990, ugly, noisy, terrible service.

Felix was our go to person if we needed anything & he made sure we understood everything and had everything we needed. His customer service was 10 out of 10. He also helped me plan out my fiancé’s birthday. From decorating the room , flowers , cake , all the way down to setting up a dinner on the beach where I proposed to her. Everything was perfect ! Highly recommend this resort & working with Felix during your stay !
