This hotel is definitely not a 5 star anything from the rooms to the food. You’ll be eating at the hair/fly infested buffet unless you’re able to get reservations at one of the restaurants which were also not that good. At the restaurants you’re waiting for your food for about 45 mins for it to come out cold or luke warm. You we be annoyed the whole trip by salesman’s/hustlers from the hotel and from outside the hotel. If allow the guys at beach to take your picture they will try to force you to pay $45 for a picture taken on your own phone. When you want to get into the pool the water is about 90 degrees which is not nice to go into when it’s hot as heck outside. If you think the jacuzzi tub outside of your room is a good idea think again….they leak water all over the patio area and half of the jets don’t work. Goodluck finding a decent drink all the soda/juice is watered down only thing you’ll be able to drink while your here is their slushi drinks out of the cups they hardly wash and taste like syrup. If you are unlucky enough to buy a excursion they will tell you your getting a VIP boat for just your group and private transport to the boat because you bought the better package. You’ll be very surprised when you get onto the bus of 40 people and get to spend the day with a ton of people you don’t know eatting what I can only describe as an adult size lunch able that was left in the sun. They say the pool is opened until 7 but start to take everything away at 5.

This resort was absolutely amazing. There was plenty to do for lovers, friends, and families. If you wanted to avoid the kiddos, just book the adults only side, only a 2 min walk from the main resort area. We’re ready to go back again!

The rooms are excellent, but aside from that, the restaurants and all the areas of the hotel are extremely hot. The pool closes very early, and the food in the restaurants is pretty bad. The buffet has slightly better quality. All restaurants close at 10:30 pm, except for the sports bar, although the quality is not great.

Este review no es con el objetivo de hablar mal del hotel, sino para ayudar a mejorar . El hotel como Instalación está muy bien, grande , piscinas , moderno . Sin embargo no tiene un buen servicio. En mi caso, el Primer día que llegamos el check in se demoró una hora , no fue esperando la habitación sino que el señor que nos hizo el check in de las 3 habitaciones se demoró. La habitación 3107, les adjunto fotos , la ducha de baño es una asquerosidad y además las toallas Todas están empercudias que parecen que están sucias , para una instalación 5 estrellas esto no debería ser. El primer día tuve que cambiar las sábanas y colchas porque tenían sangre vieja pegada , también verán las fotos En el Buffet, la campana que recoge el aceite se llena de aceite y gotea para el piso , a mi prima le cayò el aceite en su brazo y en el vestido, por supuesto que fuimos para que el hotel se hiciera cargo y lo lavara, el aceite no se le quitó y el vestido se dañò. Las bebidas todas tiene mala calidad, si quieres bebida buena tienes que pagarla. En el restaurante The Cut en septiembre 11 se demoraron 40 minutos para trae la bebida y además el mesero le estaba guardando la mesa a otra familia y la mía que éramos 9 nos quería dar la mesa de 6 personas . El aire acondicionado en el almuerzo no lo encienden en el Buffet y te dicen que como el hotel no está lleno corre el aire . La comida sin embargo muy buena. La habitación 1406 nunca fueron a arreglar el Yale de la habitación que está roto. Cont.
