My husband and I truly appreciated the thoughtful design of the property, its cleanliness, and the stunning water views that offered the perfect backdrop for our much-needed rest and relaxation. The hotel team’s warm smiles, kindness, and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed many aspects of our visit. Positive Highlights: Beautiful Property: The resort’s layout was well thought out, making it easy to navigate and appreciate the serene water/marina views. Cleanliness: Both the common areas and our room were consistently clean and well-maintained. Polite and Professional Staff: Special thanks to our butler (Aronni), who went above and beyond to accommodate requests, even sourcing items unavailable on the property. A few individuals who stood out to us include the restaurant wait staff: Alejandro, Manuel, Mei (?), along with another incredibly sweet lady whose name escapes me, among others. We also want to thank all the restaurant hostesses for their gracious welcome at each meal, and the bartenders, who made us feel special by remembering our drink of choice. Entertainment and Amenities: We particularly enjoyed the nightly shows, especially the circus/trapeze act and the Michael Jackson tribute. The pool and gym were well-kept and added to the overall relaxation. Food: We enjoyed several dishes during our stay, including the 12-hour braised ribs, shrimp risotto, caprese salad, grilled/baked salmon, croquettes (ham & cheese), and the pepp

While this is a beautiful property! There are so many things with the all inclusive that could be worked on! It has 2 restaurants that change at night to 3 others. The drinks could definitely be worked on! Our BUTLER was amazing and if you get Ironni you will be more than taken care of! The swim up is amazing and they are always cleaning and keeping the property gorgeous! Even though we had several hiccups when we got there, they were quick to fix them! Now, a language barrier is to be expected, room service will not be exactly as the menu says, and be prepared for that! For the price and what you get it is amazing! Just do not go for high expectations. Also, the small little town you can walk to is nice and we never felt unsafe considering you are in a gated community!

Me and my fiance spent our honeymoon here. This property is good but it mainly for people thats wants to just relax. Swim up pool bar closes at 6 which is too early especially for an all adult only place. Attempted to contact room service but they never answered the phone. We had to contact our butler to contact room service. Resort only has like 4 restaurants. Usually to are open per day. Not many people was there when we were for 6 days. We couldnt even get pool volleyball. Only 2 people were there playing. They did have an awesome fire and circus show which was awesome. If you’re looking for a place to relax and dont have any partying, this is the place to be but if youre looking for a place that has music, partying and the swim up pool bar open longer then 6pm, i would look else where. BTW, our butler and the staff were really great. Havent had any issues from the and they were always helpful. 5 stars for staff.

The people were great, they try to do the beat they can with what they have. I reported problems with the phone in the room and they fixed the last night. We order eoom service from the neighboring room.There was no food available after one of the excursion we did per the hotel staff there was nothing available until dinner. Also nothing to do after 11pm. If you are older than 60 then this may be your place.

This resort offers a pleasant stay with some mixed experiences. The food was definitely above average, with a variety of options that exceeded expectations. It’s a quiet, small resort, which is ideal if you’re looking for a more relaxed and intimate vibe. Drinks were great, with well-crafted cocktails that added to the overall enjoyment. However, the Wi-Fi was a big disappointment. If you like to travel with a Fire Stick or rely on strong connectivity, be prepared for frustration. The rooms could also use some updates to feel more modern and comfortable. One downside was the lack of visible VIP services. Despite booking with certain expectations, I had to specifically request robes, which felt like a missed detail for a resort of this caliber. Overall, this is a solid choice if you value peace, good food, and great drinks, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and service.
