This was perfect for a relaxing getaway just me and my husband. Lots of different restaurants and bars to get different ambience and food choices. The pools are beautiful with lots of space so never felt crowded. Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and friendly.

It’s a beautiful resort with great views but very expensive. We went for a family emergency - not a vacation so we selected the wrong hotel for this. Self park overnight was $25. There were resort fees added for each day - $39. That’s a lot for the convenience of having a food court and two outdoor pools. The pools are heated but it was cool outside when we went - January. If you book, get insurance - once you book, it’s very costly to cancel.

Guestroom thermostat didn’t work. Temperature never fluctuated above or below 71° F. Self parking, and all the swimming pools are located on one end of a very long resort, but our guest room located on the other end. Size of guest suite is enormous. Cleanliness superb, most service was excellent.

It is a beautiful property... pools, dining rooms needs some entertainment! BUT there are Dogs everywhere and left in rooms to bark at all hours The staff does not take the Initiative to enforce rules and policies. Many times dogs were allowed into eating and pool areas "as long as they were service dogs" Would not recommend or go back Too many other problems, shades didn't go up or down, coffee maker did not work lost our rental car (until we found it in the garage) for 1 1/2 hours! 0h and NO housekeeping in our suite!

Extra costs at this hotel very expensive $100 a night pet fee is excessive $20 to use the upstairs. Pool is excessive parking $25 a night once you add up all these extra costs works out to a very expensive stay

I cannot say enough great things about this property and staff! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The views are beautiful and the pools are giant. The service we received from valet to checkin to dining was outstanding. I definitely recommend staying at Sunseeker.

This hotel is beautiful, poorly managed staff seems clueless on offering customer service . Resort was out of everything food, silverware, had a suite for 10 people no towels , full kitchen no utensils , went to check out bill appeared wrong on line still have yet to receive mentioned computers are down so sorry ..
