Will not stay here again
The front door has gaps at the top, the side and bottom. That you can see outside from. There was a streak of what appeared to be dog poop on the floor which I had to clean. The bed cover had a dried gray area on it that strongly resembled dried body fluids of a male origin The back yard was flooded 6 inches deep in water and was totally unusable for my pet. I will be asking for a refund from VRBO. I have photos to support all of this.

Short but sweet
We had a last minute change of plans, we travel with our 11 yo aussie, we wanted a location near family and friends. This fit the bill! Jared was super responsive and helpful as was the cleaning staff. All summed up.. A very nice stay. Loved the location!
