Frisch renoviert, emsiger Eigentümer und redselige Verwalterin.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und in Schuss. Der Eigentümer meldet sich promt und hilfreich bei etwaigen Fragen. Aufgrund der neuen Einrichtung fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze und Öl zum Braten. Außerdem war die Fernbedienung nur z.T. auf den Fernseher eingestellt, das Lan Kabel schien nicht zu funktionieren und ein Mückengitter für die Schlafzimmerfenster wäre auch eine gute Anschaffung gewesen. Aber ich vermute der Eigentümer hat sich inzwischen den meisten dieser Kleinigkeiten angenommen. Die Eincheck Zeiten waren sehr eng angegeben im Online Inserat obwohl uns die ältere Dame am Empfang dann beim Einchecken sagte sie wäre viel länger da. Sie war generell sehr Redselig und gab uns einige sehr gute wie auch einige, wie sich später herausstellte, eher schlechte Tipps. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und Service.

Schöner Urlaub
In Putgarten angekommen wurden wir sehr herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Die Ferienanlage "Kap Arkona" liegt zentral in Putgarten, vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Rügenhof und Restaurants und Cafés liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kap Arkona und das schöne Fischerdorf Vitt, erreicht man gut in 20 bis 30 Minuten. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Trotz Corona und einiger Einschränkungen war die Ausstattung gut, Desinfektionsmittel und Einmalhandtücher standen zur Verfügung. Seitens des Vermieters wird mit schriftlichen Hinweisen sehr auf ausreichend Hygiene in der Wohnung geachtet, sehr positiv. Kleines Manko sind die Terrassenmöbel, welche aber laut Aussage der Rezeption in naher Zukunft erneuert werden sollen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
