With a surface area of approximately 190m² on two levels overlooking a large pleasant garden, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Entrance hall with storage, serving the different rooms, a beautiful spacious equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, 4-burner induction hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, raclette machines, fondue machines...) communicating with the dining area opening onto a balcony and a south-facing terrace offering a beautiful unobstructed view. A mezzanine separates from the lounge area offering a beautiful volume thanks to the cathedral ceiling,, a fireplace and television.
From the entrance, a corridor leads to a first double bedroom (140cm bed), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, and a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed opening onto a south-west balcony.
Upstairs, a first spacious bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, a second bedroom with a south-facing balcony and a 160cm bed, and finally a third attic bedroom with a 160cm bed base on the floor.
On the ground floor there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and outside there is a pizza oven, a charcoal barbecue and a beautiful private garden.
Private parking at the foot of the house for 3-4 vehicles.
