The stay was good, but need to add few things which cost very little. There should be a mat in front of the bath and also a few table mats. There is no shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is no kettle and plastic cutting board of a very poor quality.
Bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant le confort pour les places assises laisse à désirer. C’est un drôle d’aménagement deux grands garde-robe, une grande toilette et peu de place pour le lit
New construction, very clean and nicely furnished. We had tons of space with a 2 bedroom apartment. Laundry in the building is also a good perk. Grocery store, pharmacy, and other food court and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Bus stop to get to Old Quebec is across the street. It was less touristy, more students from nearby Laval University. We enjoyed our stay! One caveat - we did not get the info to get into the building until the next day. We fortunately ran into the housekeeping manager who sent me the info so we could know what unit we had and the entry codes, etc. They said they had issues sending messages via Expedia (we did get the message the next day), so you might have to call them if you don't get the info in time.

The floor’s apartment was dirty, dusty and disgusting. One of the hand towels had poop and smelled pretty bad. Not recommended at all

Everything was perfect. The location is near Laval University, it is a bit far from the old Quebec (6km) but there is a bus stops 100 m from the apartment and the bus takes you directly to the Porte St Jean. The unit was spotless clean, well equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils, washing machine and dryer etc. Instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow.
This place was absolutely outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom layout was great. Love, loved there was a full bathroom AND 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen amenities were great! The A/C and heating system fantastic, large balcony that went from the living room to the bedroom. Great common washer and dryer in the hallway. Cafe downstairs that had a full bar! I coul keep going, it was splendid! I spoke to Mikael when we needed to extended our stay by one day-he was so professional and accommodating.
