The decorative cover across the bottom of the bed had what appeared to be bodily fluids on it. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was a lot of dirt behind the bathroom door in both rooms that we rented. Also, the shower curtain rod came out of the bracket at one end in one of the rooms. There should be a grab bar higher up in the shower, not just down at the tub height. One room had a blood stain on the bottom sheet. The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel - it was extremely crowded at 9:00 am.

The lock didn't work, the single light switch turned on the overhead and bedside lights, the heat did not work and the awesome looking fireplace was fake. And the great looking tun had a water restrictor that made it impossible to use,

Extremely disappointing stay and worst experience
Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a foul odor, which was so overpowering that it caused me to feel nauseous and even vomit. I walked to the front desk to report the issue, and although staff came to check the smell and confirmed that it was indeed terrible, the only solution offered was to open the door and sleep like that. Is it a joke to suggest guests sleep with the door open? This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the bathroom flush in the room was not working. I called for assistance, but no one ever came to address the problem. This, combined with the substandard condition of the furniture (see attached photo), made for an awful stay. The overall condition of the room and the lack of any meaningful response to my concerns was shocking. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and believe it deserves a negative rating. I hope that these issues will be addressed to prevent future guests from experiencing the same discomfort and dissatisfaction.
