They should find another way to reduce the smell coming from the restaurant downstairs. Spraying odor-neutralizing chemicals through the HVAC system not only harms metabolism but is also unbearable for people with allergies. On our second day, we had to change hotels. If it hadn’t been so late, we would have never stayed at this hotel."

New Years Stay
This is the second time we have stayed here. It has a great location and is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms for family travel. The staff are welcoming and helfpul.

Loved the place, great area to shop, dine, play. But parking for a full size pickup truck was not available at the hotel, and the off site parking provided was very difficult to squeeze in an F150 into and was expensive. Great place, but take a mini not an F150

The room 117 is spacious and have a view on St-Jean street. The only problem is that the temperature of the water in the shower is difficult to adjust. It was the same in the other rooms of my family members.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly. Our rooms were very clean. We did not have a view of the city but we did have a view of a courtyard. It was decorated with lit Christmas trees. The location is very convenient and walkable!!! The only negative but that did not affect us is that there are about 2 flights if stairs from the entry way to the front desk. This may be challenging for someone with mobility issues or people traveling with strollers.
