There was a strange smell in the hotel, especially in the hallways and in the room. The room was not very clean, but it was ok, the shower gel was missing in the bathroom. The pool is not friendly, it was a bit cold and we had to ask for towels every time. The hotel seems old and not very well maintained. I wouldn't go to this location twice.

We were given a room on a floor that didn’t have an elevator going to it we had to lug our luggage down & up some stairs No one offered to help with our luggage to that room or when we moved rooms the next night. I requested an another room for the second night & was given that. Service of your staff was very poor. There was also a dirty diaper in the hallway down from us & lots of noise.

Good one night stay close to shopping and easy exit to main highways. The St HUBERT RESTAURANT IS RIGHT BESIDE THE HOTEL AND WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD.
