We had very heavy luggage as we had been on a cruise prior to staying at this hotel. We requested to be on the second floor, however, this hotel does not have an elevator and no one helped us with our luggage up two flights of stairs...We will never stay at this hotel again and we do to recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was as expected. The check in person was efficient, helped us and earlier guests with luggage up the stairs since there was no elevator. Breakfast was cramped and area was too warm. Awesome staff.

One of the receptionist ees had very serious body odour issues. The entire entrance smelled horrible as a result. It did not make a good impression. The food selection available for breakfast was good. Close to a lot of large retailers.

Unattractive, doesn’t look inviting at all. The room was ok, once inside. The breakfast was decent and they provided ceramic dishes and metal silverware. Wasn’t worth the price though. Better places were available nearby
