My negative should not reflect the hotel and staff. A lot of construction around and it surely affects the surrounding as how to get to the hotel. It is a temporary situation.

The hotel staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning staff did a super job cleaning and replacing things we needed. The coffee maker was quirky and sometimes didn’t work and the fridge stopped working, defrosted and left our food soaking wet. There was construction on the road in front of the hotel, so accessing the hotel was through the neighborhoods behind and this changed daily as the construction progressed. It was rather inconvenient.

The staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The installations are nice and enjoyable. This is a wonderful hotel to spend time with the family. The only downside was the difficult access to the hotel, likely due to road construction nearby.

This hotel is for families so expect some level of noise from surrounding rooms… sometimes very late with older kids. Pool can get very crowded. But kids LOVE the place. I personally like the fact that some rooms have 3 bed so each of my kids can have their own bed. Very comfortable for 4 people but 6 will feel tight in my opinion.

The property was probably pretty good when new but it looks old and poorly maintained. Also the 5th floor is under construction and drywall and cables as soon as you get out of the elevator. Rooms were dirty, but beds were comfortable. Also rooms were humid and musty. Kids had fun but they dont really know better!

One of the lamp on a bad table, has exploded wires ( no cap or tape on them) They should contact electrical company and check other rooms as well. Just for safety other customers We like the pool and tropical atmosphere)
