Il y a des odeurs de chiens (urine). La femme de ménage ne parle pas français et ne laisse pas les produits pour le nombre de personnes dans la suite. Ou ne passe pas. Salle de cinéma et jeu pour enfant, ça demanderait une personne pour y faire le ménage quotidiennement.

A gimmick of charging extra hotel fees of 25 .00 $ that should be included in the room rate plus parking at 20$ as the property is far from downtown with a big land . This is not appreciated . We arrived at 16:10 . The room was not ready . They could not tell us when our room woud be ready while we need to take a shower and be at a celebration of an important family reunion at 16:30 at the latest . They simply told us they could not tell when the room would be ready to check in and invite us to go to the bar for a drink. We told them the we did not want a drink,we wanted our room . Very ordinary ! Pitty, because i would have been reqdy to make this hotel a regular destination as i have to travel often to QC city
