The property was clean and comfortable and a good value. But, note that there is no elevator and some rooms are on the third floor (so four long flights of stairs) Not a deal breaker, but be warned. And the property shares an entrance with a Subway sandwich place. Also, note that parking is a block or two away. Again, not a deal breaker.
The big issue with our stay was the absolutely horrible customer service. When we arrived, I called them because I hadn't received an access code from them. They rudely told me to check my email (which I had done and didn't find anything from them). She said she sent it and told me to check again, she was unwilling to help me in any way. After three phone calls, she finally gave me an access code. Went through the same process getting the WiFi password. Based on their abysmal and rude service, I can't recommend staying at this place.
